The map is the hero
Custom scene-graph pin renderer with per-kind widgets, donut clustering, and 240ms ring-spiderfy. Not Google Maps default markers — a real visualization system.
Works wherever you do
PowerSync-backed local SQLite means the app boots instantly with last-seen pins, and writes queue offline. Launches in 500ms with stale-while-revalidate.
Find what you're looking for
Saved Finder presets match you to people and events. Natural-language search ("climbing tomorrow morning") parses into chips. 13 root activities, 306 leaves, with aliases.
Real social, not feed-bait
Friends, lightweight connections, message requests, DM threads, event chats, group chats. Notification center routes by intent (Messages / Activity / People / Invites).
Events with weight
Create, RSVP, co-host, invite. Per-event chat for going attendees. Capacity, age range, gender space, drop-on-map locations. Strict events RLS-hidden from non-matching viewers.
Group decisions, not group chats
Polls for when, where, and what. Formation proposals for co-hosting. Counter rounds capped at 3. Host applies or overrides with reason logged in event chat.
Fast enough to use anywhere
Cold-start p95 went from 10s to 820ms. Every service call wrapped in a perf trace. Performance overlay ships in-app. Built for the bus, not the broadband.
Safety as infrastructure
Block, report, blocked-from-discovery. Strict gender-space events with RLS gating. Sentry-instrumented with auto-installed error pipes. Trust is invisible — until you need it.
